Offhours Works provides Get Upper. This privacy policy applies to the Get Upper mobile app, related support requests, and this website page.

Information collected

  • Habits, tasks, goals, streaks, notes, progress, and other content you enter in the app.
  • Messages, prompts, and responses associated with AI coaching features.
  • Device, app version, crash, diagnostic, and usage information used to maintain reliability.
  • Support messages you send to Offhours Works, including your email address if you contact support.

How information is used

  • Provide habit tracking, task management, streaks, progress views, and reminders where enabled.
  • Generate AI coach responses and personalize suggestions based on the information you provide.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and support requests.
  • Protect the app from abuse and keep core functionality working.

Sharing and service providers

  • You can request deletion or correction of support records by emailing support@offhours.works.
  • You can stop using the app at any time and remove local app data by deleting the app from your device.

Children

Get Upper is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@offhours.works so the request can be reviewed.
