Offhours Works provides Scoops. This privacy policy applies to the Scoops mobile app, related support requests, and this website page.
Information collected
Location data, if you grant location permission, to find nearby shops, calculate distance, support directions, and confirm check-ins.
Account or profile information used for sign-in, such as your name, email address, authentication provider, and profile identifier when provided by the sign-in service.
Visited shops, check-ins, collection progress, arrow preferences, shop interactions, and other preferences you choose to use in the app.
Shop information displayed in the app, such as names, addresses, ratings, categories, and distance, may be requested from map or place-data providers.
Device, app version, crash, and diagnostic information used to maintain reliability.
Support messages you send to Offhours Works, including your email address if you contact support.
How information is used
Show nearby ice cream and dessert places, distance, compass direction, ratings, and shop details.
Open directions in supported map apps when you choose to navigate to a shop.
Save check-ins, visited shops, collection progress, and arrow preferences.

Sharing and service providers

Retention

Account records, check-ins, progress, preferences, support emails, and diagnostics may be retained as long as needed to provide the app, resolve issues, maintain records, and improve reliability.
Your choices
You can disable location access in your device settings.
You can choose whether to sign in and can sign out from the app where available.
You can request deletion or correction of support records by emailing support@offhours.works.
You can stop using the app at any time and remove local app data by deleting the app from your device.
Children
Scoops is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@offhours.works so the request can be reviewed.
